Is it safe to wear my watch in a Sauna, Jacuzzi, or Hot tub?

The different componets of your watch expand at different rates when exposed to heat. The rapid change of temperature caused by these activites could result in the loss of the sealing capabilities of gaskets, allowing moisture to enter the watch, and may cause the deformation of materials leading to mechanical failures. Therefore, you should remove your watch before entering into any of these locations.
